Are House of Macadamias' products suitable for my diet?

House of Macadamias' treats and snacks are paleo-friendly, keto, and plant-based and have no: wheat, dairy, gluten, egg, animal products, GMOs, artificial colors, preservatives, palm oil or added sugar. Macadamia nuts are also low in allergens and naturally low in carbohydrates.

Is the macadamia nut a superfood?
