Superfood Macadamia Nut Salad

Ingredients

2 cups broccoli, chopped

2 cups carrots, purple & green cabbage, shredded

6 radishes, sliced

1 cup mixed berries

½ cup pomegranate rubies

2 packets HOM dry roasted macadamia nuts onion flavour

For the dressing:

1 tablespoon dill, chopped

1 tablespoon mint, chopped

1 garlic clove, grated

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

Method

Combine all the salad ingredients together in a bowl except the nuts. Place all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Toss the salad with the dressing and top with macadamia nuts.
